Katherine Doyle (Non Executive since 2020) sold $244,000 of stock on the 13th September at $27.30, reducing her holding by 60%. This is her first sale since joining and equates to 3 years of awards. She doesn’t appear to have any vested options. 

Ronald Janish (Chief Transformation Officer since 2019, joined 2003) sold $382,000 of stock on the 26th August, reducing his holding by 34%. Whilst it equates to 12 months of awards, the sale is larger than normal and is the lowest price he has sold. Again there has been no announcement he is leaving. 

Svend Andersen (Advisor since 2024, Divisional President 2017-2024) sold $968,000 of stock on the 20th of August, a reversal from a much smaller series of sales although likely explained by his move to become an Advisor during 2024 and departure from the company at the end of 2024. This is a concerning cluster of sales into weakness.
