FB Financial Corp – (FBK, +1, December 20th) –

Raja Jubran (Non-Executive since 2019) purchased $200,000 of stock on the 15th December at $34.99, increasing his stake by 33%, his last purchase was for a similar amount at $21.88 in April 2020 and it’s encouraging to see him now buying stock at this much higher level. He is the CEO of Denark Construction.

James Cross (Non-Executive since 2020) purchased $175,000 on the 15th of December, increasing his stake by 10%. This is his first purchase in the stock and a reversal from a sale of $65,000 in March 2021 at $43.55. He was previously on the board of Franklin Financial Network prior to the merger in 2020 but never bought a share.

James Ayers (Former Executive Chair, Director 1984- January 2022) purchased $1.9 million of stock on the 13th of December, whilst modest relative to his 23% ownership of the company it is notable that he continues to buy having stepped down from the board.
