James Star (Director since 2019) purchased 32,278 shares on December 21st at $55.58, spending $1.8 million, nearly doubling his holdings to 76,446 shares. Star has developed a great track record in the stock.
He purchased $1.1 million in June 2019 on the IPO at $22, bought an additional $1 million in October 2019 at $24, and then sold $4.8 million in December 2020 at $91. Star is Executive Chairman of Longview Asset Management, having been there since 2003. He was a director of the holding company of PetSmart LLC from 2014-2019.
